WHAT OUR COMMUNITY SAYS
What should I wear/bring/do in my first class?
Wear form-fitting yet comfortable workout clothes. Most classes are barefoot except for HIIT, and TRX. We provide free use of our yoga mats, blocks, and all necessary equipment.
We recommend that you arrive early – around 15 minutes before class – so that you can settle payments and fill up forms (for new students), and settle into your space.
Practice self-discipline by cleaning your mat (spray cleaner and towel provided on the desk), and returning the mat, block, or other props to their proper place.
Can I take classes while injured?
It is recommended that injured students consult their doctors before beginning new workout methods. Please inform your teacher about your injuries before beginning any class.
